Associated Global Systems (AGS) announced that Ken Goich has joined the company in the position of District Manager at AGS' Newark, NJ facility. 

    Mr. Goich has extensive management and transportation experience. He began his career as an Operations Manager for a franchise management company with subsequent positions at UPS in New Jersey for three years, and most recently as Station Manager at DHL Express in the Philadelphia area since 2001. He attended FairleighDickinsonUniversity in Rutherford, NJ.

    Mr. Goich will have the primary responsibility for maintaining the company's sales and service standards at the Newark facility and for developing new revenue in the Newark station territory.

    Likewise, David Whitley was recently appointed to the position of Director of Home Delivery Services. Mr. Whitley has extensive experience in transportation, logistics and in the residential delivery marketplace. In his most recent positions, he served as Director, Mid Atlantic, to Merchants Home Delivery Services; Director, Surface Transportation with Geologistics Americas; Director of Operations at Affinity Logistics and for the past two and a half years, he served as Vice President of Operations at Guiney Delivery Service, a specialist in residential delivery.

    He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Maryland, with graduate courses in the Logistics Management from the Graduate School of Logistics.

    Mr. Whitley is responsible for revenue development and operational control for AGS' new and expanding residential delivery services. He is based in Chicago, IL.
